Battelle Darby Creek features more than 7,000 acres of forest, prairies and wetlands. It stretches along 13 miles of the Big and Little Darby creeks, both State and National Scenic Rivers. Besides the areas surrounding the creeks, there are also over 1,600 acres of restored wetlands and prairies. Bison have been reintroduced to the park and roam freely within two enclosed pastures.
Some of our favorite places to grab a bite or a drink:
Grove City Brewing/Plum Run Winery. Meredith and Keith enjoy the Beulah Blonde, a Wine Slushie, and the Reuben.
Local Cantina. Can’t go wrong with any Margarita or Taco on the menu.
Hopyard 62. Meredith and Keith will usually try a flight of the options on tap. Frequently a food truck will be parked to grab a bite to eat.
Planks. It's one of the best places to grab some pizza. Keith insists on getting a jalapeño, pepperoni, and bacon pizza every time.
