It was a sunny, September day back in 2016 when our story began. Meredith and I were introduced at a college get together through a mutual friend of ours. We were immediately drawn to one another and the nervous excitement of first dates quickly transformed into feelings of comfort and belonging as we grew to learn our true compatibility.

Over the next seven years, we would grow, learn and explore together – sharing the unique experiences that shaped each of our upbringings: picking crabs, shucking oysters and eating scrapple to playing pond hockey, fly fishing and cheering for “Marchand” at Bruins hockey games. We would navigate the many ups and downs of life together – supporting, encouraging and celebrating each other in ways that reinforced our respective beliefs that we had each had found “our person.”

In the Fall of 2023, we moved into our first home together, further committing to building a beautiful life by each others side. After being “ready” for quite some time, I managed to surprise a very suspecting Meredith by proposing on the cobblestone streets of Beacon Hill, surrounded by close friends and family.

We’re so excited to share our special day with everyone who’s had a hand in making us who we are and look forward to the next chapter in our lives.
