There will be a sign on the road pointing to the designated grass field to park in. There will also be parking attendants assisting with parking. Once lot 1 is filled, cars will be directed to the overflow lot. If you are handicapped, there are spots right down the driveway by the barn. Just let one of the attendants know and they will show you the way!

Yes! We will have a bus shuttling from the hotel to the venue. One shuttle will leave Hampton Inn at 4:15 to get to cocktail hour. This will be the only shuttle leaving to the wedding. At the end of the night, the shuttle will pick up and drop off at 9 pm , 10 pm, and 11:30 pm.

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire.

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors! It'll be August so be prepared for the heat! If it rains, the ceremony will be held inside the barn.

There will be a half hour time lapse between the ceremony and cocktail hour for the bridal party to start taking pictures. This is a perfect time for you to check into your hotel if you are staying at one and shuttle back for cocktail hour. Cocktail hour will start at 4:00 with beverages being served, and at 4:30 appetizers will be served.

With the exception of our flower girls and ring bearers, while we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
