Yes, the ceremony and reception will be both at the Vineyard at Pine Lake.

If weather permits, the ceremony will be outside and the reception has a patio to go outside or inside.

There will be a shuttle that will pick everyone who is staying at the hotel at once before the ceremony start. Then through out the night, they will come to the venue and drop you off at the hotel 3 more time. There is lots of parking at the venue if you choice to drive.

You can not bring a plus one unless it says you have a plus one on the invitations.
