October falls during the low season, making rentals and hotels more affordable.
We recommend exploring Airbnb and Vrbo for accommodations in the Santa Rosa Beach area.
Find list of recommended hotels under Accommodations.
Is there parking at the venue?
This is VERY limited parking. We ask that guest park in the designated parking lot available a few streets away from the venue at 144 Clayton Lane, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459. A shuttle bus with "Grayton Beach Catering & Events" will be providing transportation for guests beginning at 4:00 p.m. Shuttle will be available to return to parking through end of reception
What time should I arrive?
We kindly ask all guests to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for shuttling to the venue, mingling, and getting settled.
Is there a dress code?
We kindly request garden formal or cocktail attire. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place outdoors on gravel, so be sure to pack suitable footwear. Flats or wedges are best at venue. Bridesmaids will be wearing mint green.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Please save photo-taking for the cocktail hour and reception only. To help capture special moments, we plan to provide a QR code so guests can upload photos for sharing to our website. A professional photographer has been hired to document the ceremony exclusively.
Can I bring a +1?
Due to the intimate nature of the venue, plus ones may not be able to be accommodated. If you plan on bringing a plus one that is not already included in your RSVP, please contact the bride or groom.
When do you need an RSVP?
RSVPs are strictly required for our *plated* dinner. Please RSVP by September 1st to reserve your meal!
What kind of weather can we expect?
October in the panhandle generally offers pleasant weather with an average high of 79°F and low of 59°F.
Historically, there is a 13% chance of rain on an average day during October. In the event of rain, we will be under a tent, but we recommend checking the weather beforehand.
While mosquitos are not as severe in October, we recommend packing *fragrance free* bug repellent, just in case!
