You can RSVP by clicking the "RSVP" tab above. The deadline to RSVP is December 16, 2024. If you do not RSVP by this date, we unfortunately will have to assume you cannot attend and we will mark you as "declined." We cannot change our final headcount with our venue.

We have a room block for all of our guests at the Paris Las Vegas hotel located at 3655 Las Vegas Blvd. S. To book under our room block and receive our discounted rate, you must use the link provided on our "Travel" tab. Our discounted rate will only be available until December 16, 2024. We recommend booking in advance to ensure our discounted rate is still available.

We invite all of our guests to join us for a Welcome Party at Topgolf on Friday, January 24, 2025 from 6pm-9pm! This party will take the place of a traditional rehearsal dinner.

Our ceremony and reception will be held at Stallion Mountain by Wedgewood Weddings located at 5500 E Flamingo Road, Las Vegas, NV 89122. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm PST, and our reception will immediately follow.

Formal and/or Cocktail attire. We ask that men wear a dark suit, and women wear a floor-length, midi, or cocktail dress. As always... no shades of white, ivory, or cream, or other light colors.

Dressy Casual. We want you to look good and feel good while you show off your golf skills.

Due to the limited capacity of our venue, we can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one it will appear on your invite and when you RSVP.

Our wedding weekend will be 21+ only. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us, Vegas style.

Transportation will be provided by Bell Trans from the Paris Hotel to Stallion Mountain and back. The busses will load all guests in the zones designated for busses, and the drivers will have signs displaying "Fontenot/Via" ALL BUSSES WILL DEPART AT 3:35pm

Please keep in mind that all times listed on our website and invitations will reflect Pacific Time Zone, which is 2 hours behind Central Standard Time.

When referring to newlyweds, you most likely do NOT need an apostrophe!!!!! Example - "Congratulations to the Vias" (remember - we are plural *not* possessive)
