Great salads, crepes, and sandwiches.

[EAT] City Coffee House & Crêperie

The best salads at least in Clayton.

[EAT] Crushed Red

Great coffee, pastries, and lunch.

[EAT] Kaldi's Coffee

Fun diner-style place. Good for lunch or dinner. As long at you're in The Lou, get their toasted ravioli (St. Louis specialty).

[EAT] Cafe Manhattan

The best deli in St. Louis, probably in Missouri, likely in the whole Mid-West.You must get the hand cut lox.

[EAT] Protzel's Delicatessen

Very good place for lunch, especially if you are a vegan.

[EAT] Seedz Cafe (vegan)

St. Louis’s claim to beer. Free tours daily and lots of Clydesdales. Also, great tasting room!

[SEE] Anheuser-Busch Brewery Tour

The Gateway to the West and a St. Louis National Monument... Put your claustrophobia to the test and go to the top or just check out the museum at the bottom.

[SEE] The Arch

When I took in Josh in college, he was confused why they call this a museum. A St. Louis artist created this space and it is pure fun and every STL kids’ favorite. I’d say best for kids age 5 and up. Nearby lunch recommendations: Sugarfire Smokehouse, Pi Pizzeria, Rooster, and there is also a lunch place in the city museum

[SEE] City Museum

1. Zoo: world renowned zoo with free admission! 2. Boat House: sit down for lunch and then rent a paddle boat. Or vice versa if you have a weak stomach. 3. Tennis courts, running and bike paths, and driving range. *There is also an art museum there...and if you really like art we do suggest checking it out before the wedding to get the full experience.

[SEE] Forest Park

Great children’s museum for kids of all ages. (Our guess for age range is 0-12).
