RSVP & Guests
How do I RSVP, and what should I do if my plans change?
Guests may RSVP online through our wedding website. Simply click the RSVP tab, enter your full name, and you will be able to respond on behalf of your entire party. Responding at your earliest convenience is greatly appreciated, as it helps us finalize our preparations. However, we kindly request that all RSVPs be submitted by June 2nd. If your plans change after submitting your response, you may update it through the website at any time. Alternatively, you are welcome to contact Mia directly at (937) 638-2296.
May I bring a guest or children to the wedding?
We truly wish we could celebrate with everyone, but due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate those formally listed on your invitation. If you received a plus-one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. As for little ones—we absolutely adore them and will have many children at the wedding! However, we kindly ask that only children of family members and those formally invited attend. Thank you so much for understanding!
Location & Parking
Where will the ceremony and reception take place?
Both the ceremony and reception will be held on the same property at High Acre Farm, located at: 4008 Demming Road, Piqua, Ohio 45356. Guests will be able to enjoy a seamless transition from the ceremony to the reception without the need to travel between locations.
Will there be parking available at the venue?
Yes, there will be designated parking available for all guests on-site. The parking area is within comfortable walking distance to both the ceremony and reception spaces. We will have signs to help guide you, and we appreciate your care as you arrive and park.
Dress Code & Weather
What is the dress code for the wedding?
We do not have a strict dress code and want all of our guests to feel comfortable throughout the day. However, if you would like to coordinate with our wedding theme, we warmly welcome colorful attire and floral patterns. We simply ask that attire remain respectful of the occasion, and we truly appreciate any effort to match the soft and celebratory feel of our day.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors, and what should guests expect in terms of weather?
The ceremony will take place outdoors, followed by dinner indoors, with dancing held outdoors later in the evening. As the wedding takes place in early August, warm weather is likely. We kindly encourage guests to dress accordingly and prioritize comfort while celebrating with us.
Timing & Schedule
What is the general timeline for the day?
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, and we kindly ask that guests arrive by 4:00 PM to ensure a smooth and timely start. The ceremony will conclude around 5:00 PM, followed by a cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Dinner service will begin by 6:15 PM, with an evening of dancing to follow. The celebration will continue until 11:00 PM, when the music concludes.
Food & Drinks
Will food and drinks be served at the reception?
Yes, guests will be treated to a buffet-style dinner, accompanied by appetizers and desserts. We will also be offering an open bar for the evening. We hope you’ll enjoy the variety of offerings as you relax and celebrate with us.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
We want all of our guests to feel cared for and included.
While we will offer a variety of meal options to accommodate most needs, we also welcome you to share any specific dietary restrictions or allergies with us in advance. We will make every effort to ensure your dining experience is comfortable and enjoyable.
Gifts
Where are you registered, and are gifts or cards welcome?
Guests may view our registry by visiting the Registry tab on our wedding website. We welcome any contributions toward helping us gather what is needed for our future together. Cards and monetary gifts are also truly appreciated. Your generosity and support mean so much to us, and we are deeply grateful for any gift or contribution you choose to share.
