Q + A
Can I bring my kids?
While we adore your little ones, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children due to restricted numbers. We kindly ask that only the children mentioned on your invitation join us on our special day. Thank you for your understanding.
Can I have a +1?
We kindly ask that you honor our wishes by attending with only those listed on your invitation. Thank you for your understanding as we celebrate this special day with our closest family and friends.
Do I need to RSVP?
YES! Guests will need to check in at the gate, and only those on the list will be admitted. The venue has a strict headcount limit. You can RSVP when your formal invitation arrives. If we do not receive RSVP by Dec. 14th we will mark you as "no".
What happens if I miss the RSVP deadline?
If you miss the RSVP deadline, don't worry! We'll be sending out reminders to help you keep track. However, if we don't receive your RSVP, you'll be marked as not attending. If you find yourself in this situation, please reach out to Mica or Jesse to see if we can make any accommodations, but please note that it's NOT guaranteed.
What if I cannot make it?
You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please RSVP "Not attending". If you have already RSVP'd "Attending" but find that you will not be able to make it, please message Mica @520-233-0875 or Jesse @520-245-9753 as soon as possible.
What should I wear?
For a semi-formal wedding, think of something elegant yet comfortable.
For men, a suit or dress pants with a collared shirt works perfectly—add a tie or blazer for a more polished look if you'd like.
For women, a dress, or a chic blouse with tailored pants or a skirt would be ideal.
Avoid overly casual items like jeans, t-shirts, or sneakers.
For the reception, feel free to change into something more relaxed (jeans & boots) while still looking stylish and wedding ready. The goal is to celebrate in comfort and confidence!
What should I do after the church ceremony?
After the ceremony, there are plenty of lovely ways to pass the time before the reception. You are welcome to take this opportunity to change outfits, freshen up, explore nearby attractions, stop for a coffee or a light snack, or relax with friends and family who are also attending.
Will there be assigned seating?
Yes, there will be assigned seating for the dinner reception. We've carefully arranged the tables to ensure everyone has a great time. After dinner, you're welcome to move freely and enjoy the dance portion of the evening.
Will there be alcoholic beverages?
Yes, there will be alcoholic beverages available at the wedding. We’ll have an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout the evening. If you’d like to show your appreciation, tips for the bartenders are always encouraged.
Will there be a dollar dance?
Yes, there will be a dollar dance at the wedding! It’s a fun tradition we’re excited to include in the celebration. It’s completely optional, but if you’d like to participate, it’s a chance to share a dance with the couple and offer a small contribution as part of the festivities. We hope you’ll join in the fun!
