We have worked really hard to create an intimate celebration that includes all of our closest family members and friends so we ask that you come solo unless we know your other half well. We will specify all guests on your invitation. Thanks for understanding and if you have any concerns about this please contact us directly.

While we love your little ones, we ask that you make other arrangements for your children, as this is an adult affair.

We would love for our family & friends to dress up with us. We encourage black-tie for all guests. Men - if you have a tuxedo, please wear it! If not, please opt for a dark suit. Ladies - please wear a gown, fancy cocktail dress, or dressy separates.

We do NOT recommend using Uber, Lyft or any other driving services to get to the venue. Transportation will be provided to guests staying at the Sheraton McKinney Hotel. Shuttles will pick up at the Sheraton and drop off directly at the venue. Please RSVP for transportation with your formal RSVP.

The Grand Ivory has a gravel parking lot on site with plenty of parking available!

While the venues for each part of the day are covered, the quick walk between venues (on paved paths) will be uncovered. If it is a rainy day, please bring an umbrella for walking between venues! The chapel is open-air, so for a cooler day please bring appropriate outerwear. Cocktail hour will also be outdoor.

We kindly request that all cell phones and cameras be turned off and put away until the ceremony is over.
