No! We have called around to find hotel rooms to offer you a special discount (please see the travel section of the website). These rooms are only at a discounted price and are NOT reserved. Please note that a long weekend in the summer in Kelowna will be a very busy time and these hotel rooms will be booked up fast.

Yes, there will be a shuttle service provided from the Ramada Hotel at 2:30-2:45 to the wedding location and back at 10:00-12:00. Please check out the transportation section of the website for more details.

There is a small amount of parking at the venue. All events (ceremony, cocktail hour, reception) are on the same property at 5445 Lakeshore Road, Kelowna, BC.
