JJ and Lori have been long time close friends and coworkers at Liberty University. He is famous for knowing all the ways to challenge her, enrage her, and also be her biggest advocate and protector in times of high stress at work. He introduced Lori to video gaming for stress relief back in 2017 which ultimately resulted in her meeting Michael.

Jason is Michael's brother, close friend, and fishing partner. When Michael describes Jason, he refers to that deep rooted family connection and how important that is to him. Michael and Lori love hanging out with Jason on the back patio sharing stories and laughing.

Elisabeth and Lori became friends at Camp Hydaway in the summer of 2nd grade and have been best friends for over 35 years. Elisabeth's kids Tyson, Jenna, and Eli hold a special place in Lori's heart and she loves spoiling them and hanging out with them when they are in town.

Madelyn is Lori's oldest niece and is her roommate. Madelyn is a talented artist and has her own wedding painting business. Lori and Michael love hanging out with Mady and additionally, she was his "partner in crime" in planning out the engagement.

Savannah is Lori's youngest niece and is very special to Michael and Lori. She is an extremely talented competitive cheerleader and also coaches several teams for her cheer group. Our day wouldn't be complete without her energy spicing up our day.

Ashley and Lori have been friends for years and initially met while working at Liberty. Michael always looks forward to hanging out with Ashley and her husband John when he travels to Lynchburg. We are so excited to have her in our wedding as she has been such a good friend to us throughout our relationship.

Norman is Michael's dad and has been a part of his life since he was 4. Michael loves spending time with Norman whether it be on the golf course, on the lake fishing, or relaxing at home. Michael is so thankful for Norman and the positive example that he has been throughout his life.

Jon and Michael have known each other for over 25 years. They initially met when Michael lived in South Carolina and have been friends ever since. They have been through a lot together throughout the years and one of Michael's biggest honors has been being the godfather for Jon's son Jackson.

Jonathan and Michael met when Michael moved to Roanoke, Virginia and attended Cave Spring High School. Michael and Jonathan shared a mutual love of drama in high school and performed in several plays together. Even though Jonathan spends a lot of time traveling overseas now, when he and Michael are able to hang out, it is like no time has passed.

Ava is the daughter of Lori and Michael's friends Ryan and Audrey Burge. Ryan has been gaming with Lori for years and she considers him one of her closest friends. We are so excited to have precious Miss Ava in our wedding!

Birdie is the daughter of Lori and Michael's friends, John and Ashley Hobbs. Birdie holds a special place in Aunt Lori's heart and she loves spending time with her and giving her lots of hugs. We cannot wait to have this sweet angel be a part of our big day!
