When is the last day to book the hotel and get the group rate?

When will the shuttle pick me up from the hotel?
First shuttle leaves the hotel at 3:45pm. Second shuttle leaves the hotel at 4:15pm.
When will the shuttle take me back to the hotel?
First shuttle leaves the venue at 9pm. Second shuttle leaves at 10pm.
Can I leave my car overnight?
No! You cannot leave cars at the venue overnight. Ubers are available to pick up/drop off. You can also utilize the shuttles to and from the hotel
