WEDDING DAY PARKING AND SHUTTLE

There is plenty of free parking available at the venue. You also have to option to leave your car overnight if necessary.

We want everyone to travel safe and will also have a 55-person shuttle available for guests after the wedding! Stops include Lakeside Lodge & Suites, Grandview on the Lake, Chelan Lookout, and Residence Inn Wenatchee. The shuttle will also be available to take guests back early if needed.

Flights

You can fly into 2 main airports in the area: SeaTac Airport (Seattle) or Spokane Airport. SeaTac is a little over 3 hours from the venue and 2 hours 40 minutes from the Residence Inn Wenatchee. Spokane Airport is just under 3 hours from both the venue and the hotel. NOTE: Spokane may be faster depending on the time of day, traffic coming from Seattle can cause delays!

There is also a smaller airport in Wenatchee - Pangborn Memorial Airport (EAT). Flights can be booked to/from EAT through Alaska Airlines (usually from SeaTac).

We've reserved a block of rooms for our guests at the Residence Inn in Wenatchee. Shuttle will be provided to and from the hotel on the day of the wedding. It's about a 40 minute trip to the venue. Click the link below to book.
