As you will now all be aware our previous wedding venue went into administration and our wedding was unfortunately cancelled.

If you booked accommodation at the Kings Head Hotel and paid a non refundable deposit we have been informed that unfortunately you will not get this money back due to the administration.

However if you paid via credit card you may be covered by your card company and be able to claim this back with the letter I have provided below.

You are not required to contact the hotel and cancel your bedroom we are in the process of looking after this for you so please do not worry.

When booking the new accommodation the rates are currently lower than the original hotel so this should hopefully balance out for you and it won't feel like you have actually lost the money you have already paid.

This has been a very stressful time for the both of us and we apologise for the inconvenience this has also caused for our guests. HOWEVER this won't stop us from having our day and we truly hope that you can all still be there with us on our one special day to celebrate.
