Cocktail Attire

Please arrive around 4 pm to gather to your seats at the Stone Garden. The Ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm.

All events will be held at Evergreen Country Club. The Ceremony will take place outside in the Stone Garden. The Stone Garden is on soft grass, please be mindful with footwear. The Cocktail Hour will be both outside and inside at the Terrace and Inside Lounge. The Reception will be inside in the Grand Ballroom.

In case of rain, the Ceremony will be moved inside to the Inside Lounge and Cocktail hour will take place there as well.

There is a large parking lot in front of the venue. All events will take place at Evergreen Country Club.

Yes, we will have an open bar that begins at Cocktail Hour and will be available throughout the Reception.

Yes, please put your phones away as soon as the Ceremony begins at 4:30 pm.
