Yes! We welcome our little family members to come celebrate right along with us. There will be a children's table at dinner, complete with activities for them to enjoy, as well as a cotton candy spinner at the cocktail hour. Please keep in mind, there is an open bar, and we are not expecting the DJ to keep the rating "PG". This is an adult celebration, but kids will not be expected to leave.

Please submit your RSVP by April 8th, 2024. We are unable to accommodate anyone who responds after this date.

Parking will be available in two lots along Hickory Street to both the South East and the North East of the venue. We have also been given permission to use the Arvest Bank parking lot, just South of the Venue.

No outside food or beverages are permitted at the venue.

Yes! All drinks are on us. The bar will also include unlimited soft drinks and water. Please drink responsibly and make arrangements to get home safely.

We kindly request no electronics during our ceremony, we would love to see everyone present during our ceremony. We have also selected and hired a photographer to capture this very special day for us, so no photos of the couple/wedding party will be allowed by guests while the photographer is working. Guests are invited to take as many pictures and videos of themselves or other guests during cocktail hour celebration and throughout the dinner and reception. Our venue also includes a fun full length mirror photo booth. We are really excited about it and would love to see guests utilize that throughout their time at our wedding, and take home a photo reel to remember this wonderful day with us.

Our wedding will be indoors. The garden at our venue will have an awesome outdoor space, complete with seating, fire pits, and yard games. We welcome guests to enjoy time outside during cocktail hour and throughout the reception as they please.

The doors open at 4 PM, we ask that everyone is seated shortly after as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30.

We have given the option for all guests to bring a plus one as well as children, if they so choose. We ask that the number of adults, as well as number of children be specified when submitting the RSVP in order to be sure everyone is accommodated to the best of our ability.

In lieu of traditional gifts, we have opted for a "Honeymoon Fund". Truly, the presence of our family and friends is the best gift we could ask for, and gifts of any type are certainly not expected, but if our loved ones would like to bring a gift, we will have a setup near the guest book for such.
