In the midst of the crazy that was the fall of 2020, we found each other on Bumble! (Thanks Bumble!) After many text and phone conversations, Michael finally gathered the courage to meet Shakodey in person. Part 1 of our first date was at a little coffee shop in Gruene Texas. Time flew by and the next thing we knew, we had been chatting and getting to know each other for over 3 hours.

We had an instant connection and so much fun hanging out….we decided we would meet again a few hours later to get dinner for part two!

Since then we’ve made a house a home and Michael, begrudgingly, is a certified cat dad now!

We’ve enjoyed every minute together and continue to bond over our shared love of coffee, good food and our absolute favorite, beach time.

Now we are making it official and want to share this joyous day with our closest family and friends!
