VISIT REGISTRY TO BOOK ACCOMMODATIONS

NOTE: Children 3 or under are free of charge for accommodations!

We have rented out the entire property of Camp Cody for the wedding and that includes the cabins, lodge, and yurts!


You have the option to stay for 1 or 2 Days.


Day 1: Rehearsal Dinner


If you come on Friday, you are welcome at the Rehearsal dinner. Book a 2-night stay and you are all set!


Day 2: The Wedding!


If you want to come for the wedding only, book a 1-night stay for Saturday.


Everyone who books at Camp Cody is welcome to attend brunch on Saturday, Sunday, or both!


To make it easier, we created packages for on-site lodging, which can be found and purchased via our registry page.

You have the option to Venmo Maddie and Michael the amounts to avoid the knots transaction fee. (We highly recommend booking through us at Camp Cody as there is limited lodging in the surrounding area.)

Make Sure to select 1-day or 2-days on the registry page

When you go to purchase the lodging packages on the registry page, enter the number of people in your party in the quantity section. Each package is priced per person. So, if you have 3 people in your party, enter 3 into the quantity section.


Alternatively, if you can choose to send the money to Maddie or Michael via Venmo.


KIDS UNDER 3 ARE FREE!


We chose Camp Cody for our wedding because we want to spend the whole weekend celebrating!


During the day, Camp Cody offers lawn games and swimming, canoes and kayaks, and even an archery range. Then at night, we will celebrate our wedding with a rehearsal dinner on Friday and the wedding itself on Saturday!

Important Payment info

We have already reserved the entire Camp Cody Property for the weekend. They require us to collect all payments for lodging from our guests.


Camp Cody WILL NOT accept calls/cards/payments from guests. As stated above, we have already rented out the entire property. Camp Cody has left it to us to collect payment from our guests.


There is a transaction fee when purchasing the lodging packages online through The Knot. You’re more than welcome to contact Maddie or Michael for alternative payment options - including check or Venmo!

FAQs

How do I book at Camp Cody?

Visit our registry page and select either the 1-day or 2-day and enter the number of people into the quantity section. The packages are priced per person OR you can choose to Venmo Maddie or Michael to avoid The Knots transaction fee. We realize that booking through the registry page or using Venmo is not traditional, but this is the easiest way for us to collect payment from everyone who plans to stay at the venue with us. We are responsible for collecting and paying Camp Cody for our guest's accommodations. Please let us know if you have any additional questions!

Can I call Camp Cody directly to pay for my reservation?

No. Camp Cody will not accept calls from guests looking to book. We have rented out the entire property and we are responsible for collecting payment for our guests.

Do I need to bring food?

No. We are supplying brunch on Saturday and Sunday morning, a cocktail hour on Saturday, and dinner on Friday and Saturday night. You are welcome to bring packaged snacks. Camp Cody is a PEANUT and NUT-free facility! So please don't pack anything containing nuts.

Do I need to stay at Camp Cody?

No, you do not. But please be aware that the nearest lodgings are more than 30 minutes away, so we highly encourage guests to stay at Camp Cody.

Do I need to bring my own bedding?

Camp Cody provides a pillow, pillow case, fitted and flat sheet, comforter, and towels for guests, which you will receive when you check-in.

Can I bring alcohol?

You are more than welcome to bring beer or wine in a cooler. We will provide alcohol for guests at the Rehearsal dinner and Wedding day events. Our wedding also includes a full bar for the reception and cocktail hour. Camp Cody does not allow guests to have liquor unless their is a licensed bartender available. If you bring alcohol, please keep it to either beer or wine!

Do I get to choose between cabins or the lodge?

Maddie and Mike are responsible for placing guests in either cabins or the lodge. Please tell us who you would like to share a cabin with and we will do our best to accommodate you. NOTE: The lodge is reserved for older family members and those with disabilities. Thanks for understanding!

Can I bring my pets?

No. Camp Cody will not allow guests to bring their pets.
