What is the dress code?

The dress code is semi formal/cocktail. We ask that everyone sticks to this, and if anyone has questions to please reach out. Things that cannot be worn are : flip flops, shorts, t-shirts, sandals, sneakers, etc. Also we ask that you stick to the color theme. No bright colors, like neon anything, and no white. Please note that anyone not in acceptable dress clothes will be asked to change and will be provided with the proper clothing. If options provided are not liked by guest, they have the option to go purchase correct items and return for the reception. Please Visit this link to review what we find appropriate for our day! https://pin.it/57nw466OC

Will there be allergy friendly food?

If put on the RSVP, in the proper time frame, we will be able to accommodate the request. If not enough time is given, we will try our hardest but there may not be enough time to change our order with the venue/caterer.

When do I RSVP by?

We ask that everyone RSVP's by December 2nd. If RSVP's aren't sent out by that date, we may not be able to accommodate guests due to us having to notify vendors.

What if I'm running late?

If running late please do not interrupt the ceremony. You're welcome to join in at the cocktail hour then, the reception.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Your presence will be greatly missed! If you are unable to attend, kindly inform us at your earliest convenience so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Are plus ones and children invited?

If plus ones are invited it will say so on the invitation. If addressed to just one person it most likely means just the one. If it says family or guests it means more than 1. We are trying to limit the amount of kids to only the kids in the wedding party. As this will be an event where they will most likely get bored. Contact us if there is a problem finding coverage for the event evening.

Are phones allowed during the ceremony?

We ask that there are no phones to be out and they are silent. We also ask that any pictures taken during the event not be posted until Michael or myself post first. We only want the best photos being put online!

Will hotel accommodations be provided to out-of-state guests?

Because we are having our event at a hotel, we have a block room option. Discounts on rooms are available, and room rates vary on the type of room. If looking at this option please reach out so we can let anyone know of the prices and options. Tampa is also known for their incredible Air BnB opportunities, this is also an option for guests.

Is there Parking?

There will be an option of valet parking or street parking. But keep in mind if the valet is full you will have to find parking, it would be wise to arrive earlier to make sure you can find adequate parking.

What time is the wedding?

We are planning a 430pm ceremony. The venue is in Ybor City on a Saturday, we are recommending that all guests arrive and are finding seats by 4 the latest.

Will there be a bar?

Yes! Beer, wine, and liquor options will be available. Though It is a open bar, we ask for our guests to not over indulge. Any ill behavior caused by intoxication will not be tolerated and we will ask the said person to leave.
