Both the wedding ceremony and reception will take place at The Umstead Hotel and Spa. Address: 100 Woodland Pond Drive Cary, NC 27513

The Umstead Hotel provides complimentary parking to all wedding guests. Additionally, valet parking is available at the main entrance of the hotel.

Weather permitting, both the ceremony and cocktail hour are planned for outdoors. There are outdoor heaters at the cocktail hour, however please plan to dress accordingly. Should the forecast predict rain, the events will be moved indoors.

The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM. Please plan to arrive no later than 4:45 PM. Guests will be escorted to the main lawn from the hotel lobby upon arrival.

Due to the proximity to the Embassy Suites Hotel (0.5 miles), bus transportation will not be provided. Guest are welcome to walk (we are both PTs of course!), take the Embassy shuttle or call a short uber.

Personal preference! The hotels/venue are a 7 minute drive from RDU airport and the Embassy includes shuttle transportation to/from the airport. Should you choose to explore downtown Raleigh/Durham throughout the weekend, both cities are about 15 minutes from the venue. Ride shares (Uber/Lyft) are readily available in the area!
