Both the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are located at New Vintage Place (889 Broadway Ave NW, Grand Rapids, MI). Cocktail hour begins right after the ceremony so there is no need to leave the venue.

There is plenty of on-site parking at the venue. You may also leave your car there overnight if you need to. A shuttle to and from the downtown hotels will be provided.

We realize that we have a lot of guests coming in from out of town so we have blocks at 3 different hotels. With limited room block availability, room rates will be given on a first come, first served basis. Rooms will be held at the special rates until October 1, 2024. You can reference the Accommodations tab for more information!

Although we love your little ones, our wedding is an adult only event.

Formal attire

Because Michigan weather always keeps us on our toes, the entire celebration will be indoors.
