Our story is a testimony to the Lord's perfect timing. Although we grew up 5 miles apart our entire lives, our paths never crossed until after college. Little did we know what kind of blessing that was, as Michael was a 'grungy dirt bike kid' in his youth and Kayla a "rule follower". However, despite our differences, what started out as a common love for the snowy slopes of Mountain Creek quickly turned into so much more. After 3 months of getting to know each other over skiing dates and Sunday morning brunch after church, we finally introduced each other to our families, and it quickly became evident that this was the relationship that the Lord had been preparing us for.

1 year, 7 months and 19 days later, Michael finally decided to get down on one knee and put a ring on it. We are so excited for our life together and can't wait to share our special day with you!
