Please arrive no later than 3:45 p.m. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 p.m. If you are staying at the hotel, Historic Downtown Marriott of Fredericksburg, we will be providing a shuttle to and from the wedding. When you check in the hotel, the front desk staff should be giving out programs with shuttle information.

Yes! We are going to be at the same venue all night. There will be parking on site and parking attendants to help. You may leave your car overnight if you need to however you must arrange for a ride to pick up your car by 10:00 a.m. Sunday morning.

We love little ones! However, we respectfully request no little ones on our special night unless specified on your invitation. We hope you take this as an opportunity for a fun date night!

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi formal dress code for the evening. Feel free to wear whatever color you'd like, but please no white.

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation.

We will be having BBQ food for dinner at our reception. We will be serving both chicken and pulled pork with a variety of different sauce flavors. In addition, we will have sides that include Mac and cheese, green beans, and baked cheesy potatoes. We will also be having apps during cocktail hour and a dessert table.

Yes, we will be having a trolley service to and from the hotel (two trips). Specific times will be coming soon! Note: The transportation will only be available for those guests who stay at the downtown Courtyard Marriott. If you choose to stay elsewhere, Ubers are very popular in this area.
