No vehicles are permitted to be parked on site after 12PM. If you plan to partake in adult beverages, please plan accordingly. We want all of our guests safe!

Departing promptly at 4:30PM, there will be transportation available to guests from the designated hotel, Fairfield Inn & Suites in Waxahachie. There will be two departure buses leaving from the venue back to the hotel, one at 10PM and one at 11PM.

We kindly ask for an UNPLUGGED ceremony. Please refrain from taking photos or video during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing team to document the day beautifully. Thank you for your understanding!

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors but the reception will be held indoors. Please dress accordingly!

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you so much for your understanding.

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited.

Please RSVP by September 15 to the website. If we have not heard from you by September 15, we will unfortunately not be able to accommodate you.
