From Exeter, drive up into the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Along the way you'll pass Lake Kaweah and the many wildflowers growing along the hillsides during this time of year. If you enjoy ice cream, make sure to buy some at Reimer's in Three Rivers.

Enjoy Kingsburg's cute Swedish downtown with its boutiques, coffee shops, and attractions. As a fun attraction, make sure to locate their water tower; it's in the shape of a Swedish-style teapot.

Drive north to see the famous sites of Yosemite Valley. The scenery may be even more breathtaking this time of year with a fresh covering of snow in the valley and on the mountain tops. To see a great view of Yosemite Valley with Half Dome in the distance, park at the Tunnel View Vista.
California Central Coast Beaches
