Hello! We will be getting married at the Chapel at Riverwalk. 4040 River Walk Dr, Flower Mound, TX 75028
Online dating is a game of chance. But for Michael and I, it could not have gone any better! Michael and I met online in the fall of 2023, and after a few weeks of talking, we went on our first date. Michael picked me up from my house and we went to the Coyote Drive-in to watch Hocus Pocus, as it was Halloween time!
After finding the perfect spot to park and watch the movie, we walked to the concession stands to get something to eat and rent a radio to hear the movie. As we were walking up to the food stands, I asked Michael what he was looking for in a relationship. Michael's response was something along the lines of "I really like holding hands, like right now if we were dating, I'd be holding your hand." I thought, say no more! And with a soft smile and a laugh, I said, "You can hold my hand." I grabbed his hand and we walked the rest of the way.
Our laps filled with tacos, hotdogs, and drinks, we were ready to watch the movie. Or so I thought. The entire time was filled with conversation and laughter. By the end of the show we were the last car there, and the security cart's headlights was telling us it was time to leave.
The day after, I messaged him and let him know I enjoyed our time together. He said he felt the same, and suddenly every weekend became another adventure. Now if you ask us when we became "official", you will receive two different answers.
After that first week of us dating, I had asked him, "So do you want to date?" And he responded excitedly with a "YES!" So in my mind, we were boyfriend and girlfriend, from that moment on.
Only a day or two later, Michael was caught off guard when I used the term "boyfriend". He just looked at me and said, "Oh, am I your boyfriend?" I said, "Yes, you said you wanted to date."
And with a big grin on his face, he said, "Alright then, you're my girlfriend!"
Too many confusing terms these days, but I know what I wanted. LOL.
After that, we have gone on many adventures, including Florida beach trips, Alaska cruise, weekend trips to Texas towns, and visiting family in Chicago and Nebraska.
We enjoy spending time outdoors, with our families, going on adventures, and always make time for church.
We have 4 fur babies, Panda, Tex, Groot, and Bo, and hope to adopt another rescue soon! Our future family will also include chickens, horses, a pig, and a miniature cow. We pray God blesses us with many children to love.
Thank you for being part of our story and always showing us love and support!
