Yes, on your RSVP card there will be a spot to indicate if you would like a vegetarian meal. We have ensured that the vegetarian meal is also a vegan meal. Please note, we will have limited vegetarian options on the main buffet line.

The ceremony and reception will be inside, but cocktail hour will be held primarily outside, under a pavilion.

The dress code is cocktail attire. Please dress in your nicest semi-formal attire! For ladies, a dress, skirt or similar is perfect. For the men, dress pants, a dress shirt and a tie is perfect as well! We can't wait to see everyone all dressed up!

As much as we love your kids, we hope you will understand our decision to make our wedding children-free, and take the opportunity to have a date night and celebrate with us!

We ask you to join us in being fully present by putting away all your electronic devices during our ceremony. However, we would love to see the photos you take during our reception!

The cocktail hour will begin at 5:00pm with dinner to follow. We will be providing more details regarding travel as our wedding gets closer!

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Please check your invitation for your plus one!

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Niles Ohio. Please ensure that you book by May 28th to ensure you receive the discount hotel price. Use promo code "Pape Sgro Wedding."

We have arranged for shuttles to take our guests from the hotel to the reception for cocktail hour and will begin bringing guests back to the hotel an hour before the reception ends. The shuttles will continue to run until all guests have made it safely back to the hotel!

There is ample parking at both the church and reception. There will be golf carts to drive guests from the parking lot to the reception hall as needed.

Both the church and reception venue is fully accessible.
