To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children at the reception.

We really want to see your faces not your devices. Please put away your phones and cameras until after the ceremony. Once cocktail hour begins, please feel free to take and post any photos that you like. In addition, there will be QR codes scattered around the venue to upload 25 photos to a POV album. The album will share with everyone who participates at 12pm on Sunday August 18. We can't wait to see the photos!

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm. Please plan to arrive between 4 and 4:15 pm to allow time to grab a drink and take a seat.

Unfortunately due to venue restrictions, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

The dress code is cocktail attire. We would suggest that men wear a suit or dress shirt with tie and women wear a dress or dressy separates.

A bus will arrive at the Comfort Inn and Suites to pick up guests at 3:30 pm and then will pick up guests at The Marx Hotel at 3:50 pm and transport everyone to the venue. The bus will make a trip at 10 pm and again at 11 pm to transport guests to a central location in Oneonta/The Marx Hotel and back to the Comfort Inn and Suites.

There is ample parking at the venue. Guests are welcome to leave a car overnight if they choose to take the shuttle at the end of the evening.

There will be passed hors d'oeuvres and stationary displays during cocktail hour. Dinner will be served buffet style. Please notify the bride or groom of any allergies or concerns.

Of course! A non-alcoholic refreshment will be provided upon arrival and the bar will open at 5 pm for cocktail hour and remain open for the duration of the reception.
