Michael and Korie met in the summer of 2017 through their mutual friends Kevin and Lorin. Shortly after they went on their very first date. A date in which Michael had already fallen in love with Korie within the first hour. Over the next few months Michael and Korie would go on various dates and continued hanging out with each other. After Michael's 4th or 5th time asking, Korie finally agreed to be Michael's girlfriend.

As time went on the couple fell deeper and deeper in love. Navigating life's hurdles, moving every 12 months to a new house or apartment, and even surviving a global pandemic together. On June 18th, 2022 Michael got down on one knee and asked Korie to marry him. To Michael's relief, Korie said YES, making Michael's dream for the past 5 years a reality.

Michael and Korie cannot wait to be husband and wife and to start a family together. They are so excited for their wedding day and cannot wait to share their joy with their closest friends and family.
