They first met in third grade when Michael moved to Pittsburg. They spent third grade together, and eventually, Michael started walking Cassidy home. They became really good friends, and soon enough, Michael asked Cassidy to be his girlfriend. However, Cassidy then had to move late in the 4th grade. They then didn't see each other or talk with each other for over 10 years after that. Then, in some crazy star aligning scenario, they both worked at the same place, at the same time. They didn't know either of them worked there until Michael got moved over into Cassidys section. It did not take long before they recognized eachother and well, Michael found out because he over heard Cassidy talking to a friend of hers about a blanket that had her last name on it and it instantly clicked for him that it was her. The girl he thought he would have never seen again, she was there, 8 feet away. He needed to be sure though. He thought it couldn't have been true. He thought there was no way that it was her. So he turned around and walked up to her and asked her if her name was Cassidy. She said yes. But he needed to be as sure as possible and asked her if she used to live in the house just down the block from their elementary school they used to go to, and she said, Yes! That was my house. And Michael was very, very happy, you'd think Michael would want to sit there and talk with her, but no, he just said Whoa... no way, and turned back around to continue doing his job. Like an idiot. So over the next few days, Cassidy and Michael would keep talking with each other, and she had a friend named Javelin there who decided to try and figure out if Michael had feelings for Cassidy. Well, unsurprisingly, Michael did. So with that, Javelin gave her the great news, and soon enough, after a few rides, a mini date with Wendy's food, and many conversations outside of Michael's house, Cassidy finally got Michael to ask her to be his girlfriend. She had said yes, and a new era of them together again, begun.
