Please check your invitation for the inclusion of your little ones. For the most part, our wedding will be kid free. However, we recognize that some of you will be traveling with your kids, so please know there are wonderful childcare options and family friendly summer activities at Snowbird.

August in the Wasatch mountains is wonderful! You can expect daytime highs in the low 80s and evening lows in the high 50s. Most days are sunny and warm, but there is a chance of mountain thunderstorms so bring a few layers to keep you comfortable in the wind or rain.

Parking is available at the Cliff Lodge. Follow signs for the Cliff Lodge & valet service.

Guests will travel to the Summit using Snowbird' Aerial Tram! You are invited to take the 5:00 and 5:20 pm trams. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your desired tram departure time. Your ride is complementary, we will provide a QR code for tickets a few days before the wedding. A signed waiver & electronic ticket are required to ride & available using the kiosk near the concierge desk at the Cliff Lodge or at the Snowbird Center Tram ticket office.

Comfortable cocktail attire. Please no jeans. We recommend you bring a warm layer as evenings can be breezy or cool.

Our wedding ceremony will be outdoors on a sunny deck at 11,000 ft! Reception will be indoors.

Please share your dietary restrictions or allergy information on your RSVP. Snowbird's chef & kitchen are dedicated to your comfort and health. They will make every effort to ensure you have a delicious and safe meal at our wedding. Please note that it may not be possible to adapt some menu items, like wedding cake, for guests with specific allergies or dietary restrictions.
