While we would love for all of our friends and family to attend in-person, our venue is unable to accommodate everyone that we would want. For those who are not local, we will be setting up a Livestream of our ceremony so that you can join us for our special day!

Our Wedding

The venue has requested that everyone park in the lot labeled “chapel parking” and that you not back in to spots. Order of Events!   5PM- Ceremony 5:30PM- Cocktail hour 6:30PM- Grand entrance 6:40PM- Dinner 7:15PM- Toasts 7:30PM- First dance 7:35PM- Party time!

The Big Day!

...there was a goofy guy in jort-eralls and cut-off hawaiian shirt and a girl who did not think a walking boot should discount her from participating in a low ropes course. We had met briefly through work trainings and events at Northwood Children's Services, but worked at different locations. Both of us ended up on an online dating app and the above descriptions are what we remembered of the other so we gave it a shot. We set a coffee date in Canal Park one day in late September 2021. On October 2nd, he asked me to be his girlfriend. A year later, we moved in together. May 18th, 2024- the day before my birthday- TJ proposed to me under a tree, surrounded by about 20 teenage lacrosse players and their parents. Obviously, I said yes! We have been through some incredible challenges and amazing victories, devastating lows and exciting highs. But through it all, we have always known that we were made to be together. That we were written in the stars.

Sam has been with me since the awkward, homeschooled, pre-teen years. We used to dream about and pretend that we were in each other’s weddings and I couldn’t imagine saying “I do” without her!

Hanging Horn Lakeside Resort

There are a limited number of cabins and rooms available at the venue, Hanging Horn. There is not a code for the block, simply call and mention you are attending our wedding that weekend and they will let you know what is still available. We have attached a few other local accommodations as well.
