The dress code is black tie optional. This means that men wear a tuxedo or a dark suit. Women wear a long dress or a cocktail dress.

We kindly ask that you keep your cell phones silenced and put away for our ceremony. We also ask that personal photos not be taken during the ceremony as we have professional photographers who will get all the good shots! We really hope to have an unplugged ceremony.

We highly recommend taking an Uber/Lyft to the church as it is located on a busy street with limited parking. If you prefer to drive, there is a small parking lot located across the church. Valet is $30 per car at the reception. Additionally, if you want to try Chicago Public Transportation, there is a bus line (the 22 or 36) that goes almost directly from both Hotel Lincoln and Ambassador to Saint Clement. Bus fee is $2.50 per trip and you can use Apple Pay.

We love all littles! However, we are choosing to have the reception be adults-only except for immediate family members. Children who are invited will be specifically included on your invite. We hope that this can be a fun night away for parents.

Unfortunately, we have limited space, so we can’t afford for all of our to bring a guest of their own. Plus ones are therefore by invitation only and we ask other guests to please not bring a plus one. Thank you so much for understanding!

Grab a drink! We recommend stopping at a bar on Clark Street before heading to Salvatore's for cocktail hour at 5:00pm. See our "Things to Do" page for some recommendations.

Both the ceremony and reception will be inside. There is a small, covered, and heated patio at Salvatore's that we are hoping you all will spend some time in :)
