While we adore your little ones, we’re keeping the celebration adults-only, with the exception of children participating in the wedding. If your child’s name is included on your RSVP, they are absolutely welcome - otherwise, we kindly ask that you make other arrangements. Similarly, we’re only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited. If a plus-one is included, it will be indicated on your invitation or RSVP. We truly appreciate your understanding as we keep our celebration intimate and intentional!

The ceremony starts at 4:00 PM. Parking is available on-site, just a short 2-minute walk from the seating area. Attendants will be there to guide you, and plenty of spaces will be available.

Music will conclude at 10:00 PM in accordance with local curfew regulations. Afterward, guests are welcome to continue enjoying the venue by the fire pit. You’re welcome to stay late into the night, so long as we keep the noise at a respectful level.

The dress code is cocktail attire. For women, this can mean a cocktail dress, midi dress, or a chic jumpsuit. For men, a suit and tie or a dress shirt with slacks and a jacket is appropriate. Since the celebration will be outdoors on patio flooring, we recommend comfortable shoes (block heels or wedges rather than stilettos) and a light layer for the evening chill.

Both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors in the beautiful forest at Pine Rose Cabins in Lake Arrowhead. In early fall, afternoons are typically warm (70s–80s), with evenings cooling into the 50s. We recommend bringing a light sweater, wrap, or jacket for comfort. The reception area is equipped with space heaters if temperatures dip, as well as a retractable roof to provide cover in case of sun or rain.
