Our Story

George and Michaela met while they were stationed at Camp Pendleton. Great minds think alike, and both ended up living in the same apartment complex off base just down the hall from each other. It was only a matter of time before they finally met!

George and Michaela met in February 2023

While dating, George and Michaela attended a lot of football games...

...and even more weddings

They skied...

...and laughed

Michaela deployed and came back

And on October 18, 2024, George proposed to Michaela in Laguna Beach, California

South Bend International Airport (SBN)Approximately 20 minutes from the University of Notre Dame and most wedding activities. Airlines with flights to South Bend (SBN) include: Allegiant Air, American Airlines, Delta, United, and Breeze Airways.

Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD) and Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW)South Bend is about an hour and a half to a two-hour drive from these airports. These airports are typically the best option for direct flights.
