We highly recommend reserving your lodging as soon as you can! It will be a busy weekend for travelers!


We want to make sure that everyone is able to get what they want out of their holiday weekend. Our guests are composed of families, couples, individuals, and groups. There is no "one best" lodging option for everyone. Renting a home with friends or family could work better for some, getting a hotel room could work better for others.


Our ceremony and reception are at the same venue, which is about 15 minutes north west of downtown Traverse City. We recommend getting lodging close to downtown Traverse City. It is close to Grand Traverse Bay, and has a great night life--many restaurants and bars within walking distance.


The majority of the lodging options in the Traverse City area are AirBnBs. Sharing an AirBnB with family or friends would be a fun way to enjoy the Traverse City area!


If not, there are a couple good options for hotels. We have reserved rooms with Bayshore Resort in a wedding block. On the holiday weekend, there is a 2-day minimum! Just mention "Lewis/Mullin Wedding." If you are joining the block, you need to book your stay by 7/1/2024! It is a little bit on the pricier side, but there are other options below.
