Michaela & Kody

Saturday, October 19, 2024 • Randolph, OH

What date should I RSVP by?

We ask you to RSVP online by September 21st. This will be sure to give us enough time to make sure the wedding celebration is special.

Where do I need to make overnight accommodations at?

We have reserved rooms at a local hotel, please see the travel section for more information.

What is the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venue?

The wedding ceremony will be held at St. Joseph Church at 2643 Waterloo Road Mogadore, OH 44260. The wedding reception will be held at the Portage County Randolph Fairgrounds at 4215 Fairground Road Atwater, OH 44201.

Can I take pictures during the wedding ceremony?

We ask that you do not take any pictures/videos. We have already hired a professional to do that job for us. We wish for you to be in the moment celebrating with us.

Can I share pictures of your big day on social media?

We kindly ask that you do not share any photos on social media of the wedding until either Michaela or Kody has had the chance to do so first.

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Your invite will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for your understanding!

Is this a kid friendly wedding?

We love and adore your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event with the exception of a few that will be a part of our ceremony. We encourage you to use this night as a fun date night! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.

What is the dress code?

We would love for our family and friends to focus more on enjoying the celebration of our wedding more than worrying about what to wear. We like to ask everyone to dress in business causal/Sunday's best. Please do not wear white.

What time should I arrive?

A time for the ceremony will be given on your formal invite and we ask that you arrive and be in your seat NO LATER THAN 15 minutes before the ceremony starts. You may arrive earlier than 15 minutes and it will give you time to park and find your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, you will not be able to enter the church and will have to wait until the reception to partake in the celebration.

Is there a time gap between the ceremony and reception?

There will be a small gap between the ceremony and reception to allow time for pictures and for everyone to migrate from the ceremony to the reception. This would be a great opportunity to check-in to your hotel for our out of town guests. There are also local places to past the time if you so chose to.

Will there be a bar?

Yes! There will be a beer, wine and signature drink cocktail bar! We ask that you be patient and respect our bartenders!

What time will the wedding reception end?

We encourage everyone to enjoy their time with us as we celebrate our wedding. We plan to have festivities to end around 10:30pm.
