How do I book reservations?
Please see the link on our Travel page to book your reservation, or reach out to our travel agents directly. We highly recommend booking your reservation prior to May due to room availability. The full payment will be due by September 10th. The minimum number of nights to stay at the resort is 3 nights (resort policy). We encourage you to make a vacation out of it and stay as long as you want! The maximum number of people allowed per room is 3 adults.
Can I stay in another hotel or resort and just come to the wedding?
No, unfortunately, we can only have those who are staying in the resort, under our room block, attend the wedding. This is the policy of the resort.
Is there transportation to and from the airport?
Round-trip transfers to and from Atelier can be booked through our Travel Agents, Jess & Jayme, once you have your flight information.
Is there a dress code for the wedding?
Yes, the attire is beach formal. Please, no shorts, jeans and flip-flops. For the ladies, cocktail/midi/maxi dresses are appropriate. For the men, a button-down and pants or linen suit - tie optional. Also, please note that Maria Delores (restaurant at the resort) requires pants and close-toed shoes, so keep that in mind while packing.
Is there a dress code for the welcome party?
The welcome party will be fiesta-themed. Bold and bright colors are encouraged!
Outfit Examples:
Women - Colorful cocktail dresses
Men -Khaki shorts/pants, jeans, collared shirt
Are kids welcome?
As much as we love the kiddos in our lives, this resort is adults only, so no kids will be allowed.
Do I have a plus one?
We have decided to keep our wedding intimate. We have made sure to address every guest by name on the invitation, please refer to that!
Do I need a negative COVID test or vaccination card to travel to Mexico?
Nope! Mexico is open to all US travelers. You do not need to provide a negative result of a Covid-19 test or proof of vaccination to enter. For the return trip, the US has lifted all testing requirements for entry from Mexico so you will not need anything for that leg of the trip either.
