Ceremony: 4:00 Cocktail hour: 4:30-5:30 Dinner: 5:30 Dancing & party time: 6:30-11

Poplar Hill is both an indoor/outdoor venue. We plan on having our ceremony outdoors, pending weather. There is a seating area for dinner outside under a tent.

Route NY-400 & through the village of East Aurora or State Route 219 & through Orchard Park. Flying in? We recommend Buffalo Niagara Airport. We will not be providing a shuttle. Vehicles are permitted to stay at the venue overnight if you have too much fun :)

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to ceremony time (3:30) to ensure everyone is seated on time.

Our amazing guests will have to leave the venue by 11pm. We are then looking forward to spending our first married night together - no afterparty.

Drinks are on us all night :)
