It all began in the summer of 2014. Michaela and Jake met through a mutual friend, and their first encounter was a simple, yet somewhat forgettable blurry selfie. They swapped Facebook adds (because that was the thing to do in 2014) and stayed casually in touch. Over the next eight years, they each lived their own lives, pursuing new adventures and experiences, all while that quiet connection remained, patiently waiting for the right moment to bloom.

Then, in 2021, the universe decided it was time for their paths to cross again. Their friendship quickly blossomed into something deeper. Since then, they’ve shared countless adventures, traveled to places they once only dreamed of, and attended a few truck shows. Along the way, Michaela learned how to detail & polish a truck, and Jake learned the secret to keeping Michaela happy— cute animal videos and a sweet little treat.

Through all the laughs, truck shows, and heartwarming moments, they’ve built something beautiful—something full of love, support, and undeniable chemistry.
