Where is the Wedding?


Luke and Michaela are getting married in a field adjacent to Luke's family home. The entire event will be held at this location (1620 Kecksburg Rd, Mt. Pleasant, PA). The event will be on a grass field covered by a large tent. The ceremony, weather permitting, will be outdoors next to the tent.

Where should out of town people stay?


We have blocked off a group of Rooms at the Holiday Inn Express in Donegal, Pennsylvania. That information is most easily accessed under the travel tab of this website. Feel free to find an AirBnB in the area if you would prefer.


We will be having transportation from the hotel to and from the wedding. We will not have transportation to and from the welcome party and rehearsal dinner on Friday Night.

Are Kids invited?


No, a few intimate relatives will be apart of the ceremony, but outside of that kids are not welcome. While we love all of the children in our lives, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an "adults"-only event. We politely request no children under 16 in attendance. If you would like recommendations for local childcare, please reach out to Luke or Michaela directly.

Is there a dress code?


We ask that men do not wear short-sleeve shirts and would prefer no denim. Sneakers or toeless shoes are not allowed for men. A tie is not required, but is encouraged.


We ask women to wear a cocktail dress or formal jumpsuit.

Parts of the wedding will be outside on grass, please consider this when deciding on footwear.

Can I bring a plus one?


Our Wedding is by invite only, and we tried to accommodate everyone who is married, engaged, or in a serious longterm relationship. We understand that life changes fast and if anyone did not receive a plus one, but feels should, feel free to reach out to Luke or Michaela.

Can we share wedding photos on social media?


Michaela and Luke would appreciate an unplugged ceremony. Please keep phones away until the reception. Once the reception begins feel free to post all your best selfies.

Will there be parking?


Parking will be available at the reception. The parking area is near the reception and we will be providing golf carts for anyone wearing heels or unable to walk the small distance.

Will their be an Open Bar?


Yes, we are providing a full service bar offering Beer, Wine, Liquor, and the Bride and Grooms' Cocktails. Feel free to tip the staff as you see fit.

When and what will be served?


There will be appetizer stations running from 6-7pm. We hope to begin the buffet dinner around 7:15pm. We will have going away food for anyone who sticks it out to the end.


The bar will be open from the conclusion of the ceremony until 10:30pm.

When should we arrive at the ceremony?


We ask that everyone is seated for the ceremony at 5:20pm. By starting a bit later we hope to have an efficient evening. If you are going to be later than 5:20 please wait until the ceremony concludes to come to the wedding area.
