Myer and Michaela (Trixie) met because of a common friend named Martin. He was in the music ministry with Trixie at YFC and was simultaneously borrowing each of the couple's keyboard for rehearsals (youth conference). Coincidentally, Trixie lived in the same condominium as Myer but never seemed to have their paths crossed.

One Thursday afternoon, Trixie from duty as a student nurse (from PLM) went to worship at the walls at Intramuros and formally met Myer (studying Computer Engineer at that time), and that is where it all began. Basically music, faith and worship brought them together.
