Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one on your invitation, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Due to the nature and setting of the reception, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named or are in the wedding party.

We recommend that guests arrive 15 minutes or so before the official ceremony start time so they can get settled before the proceedings.

The dress code for our wedding is formal/black-tie optional. Ladies should wear a full-length dress/gown. Gentlemen should wear a suit/tuxedo and tie/bow tie. Please be respectful of the church and venue where the ceremony and reception will take place. Our reception venue, Meridian, has a strict dress code they enforce and will refuse entry to guests not dressed appropriately. Keep in mind it will be spring and can be anywhere from 35-80 degrees outside and/or rainy!

We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing colors traditionally reserved for the bride: whites, ivories and creams. Plus, the wedding party: champagne (Beige/Gold)

All events will be indoors.

Your presence is a present. However, should you wish to give a gift, a cash gift to put towards our honeymoon and our future would be greatly appreciated!

We will have a locked card box set aside on the day where you can safely deposit your card.

There will be a check-in table at the entrance of Ballroom D.

You can RSVP here on our website in the RSVP tab. When you go to RSVP, you can see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.

Kindly RSVP by March 1st, 2025. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the earliest opportunity.

If we do not receive an RSVP back from you by our March 1st deadline, you will be marked “not attending.” The reason for this being that we must provide accurate guest counts to all of our vendors within a timely manner.

There is parking available at both the church and wedding reception.

There is a complimentary guest shuttle to/from Meridian (reception venue) and the hotel. There is no shuttle to/from the church (ceremony).
