Our Wedding

Our love story began in February 2021, and it quickly became something extraordinary. Our first date was on a snowy night at Bronwyn in Somerville, chosen after a long discussion about their “mystery beers.” Little did we know, this would be our last “first” date ever. Neither of us dated anyone else after that night, a reminder of how quickly life can change in the most unexpected and wonderful ways. On our second date, Phillip took Michela rock climbing—but didn’t mention that the climb had an “auto belay,” a rope system that automatically lowers you back to the ground (only after launching yourself off the wall!). Michela braved the leap from the top after some hesitation, and the adventure only brought us closer. It was maybe at that moment, while literally falling, that Michela also began to fall in love. From there, our dates became a series of unforgettable experiences, each one deepening our connection. By our fifth date, a day trip to Newport, we knew this was something truly special and there was no turning back. Our relationship has always been full of adventure near and far. Early on, we explored Puerto Rico and St. Lucia, and over the years we’ve continued traveling domestically and abroad to Canada, France, Italy, Spain, and Iceland, returning to favorites along the way. At home we’ve explored every corner of our beloved Boston and shared incredible meals, concerts, plays, hikes, and countless new experiences with friends and family, near and far. Most importantly, we found in each other a true sense of home. As Michela’s dad recently said at our engagement party, “Find someone who feels like home”—and that’s exactly what we have. Together, we’ve built a beautiful life in our Medford condo, filled with love, laughter, support, and memories we’ll carry forever. We are each other’s greatest comfort and greatest adventure, and we can’t wait to begin this next chapter together. The best is yet to come! Xoxo M&P

Things to Do

For ceremony and reception:

Tuxedos or suits for men, and long gowns or elevated cocktail dresses for women. Regardless of what you choose, we want everyone to feel at ease and enjoy every moment of our celebration. Please wear whatever is more comfortable for dancing the night away!For shoes, keep in mind that the ceremony will be outdoors on grass and reached by a few stone steps (weather permitting), so grass-friendly heels are recommended. Cocktail hour will flow between indoor and outdoor spaces, followed by dinner and dancing indoors.

For after party:

Sweats, pajamas, jeans—anything goes! The after-party will be on-site and super relaxed. The only requirement is comfort.

We are pleased to offer our guests ample on-site lodging on the night of our wedding celebration. Now that we are within three months of the wedding, guests who have been in touch with us and have had a room held on their behalf may move forward with securing their official reservation. If we have reserved a room for you, The Connors Center has your information on file and is ready to assist. To complete your booking, please email meet@bc.edu with the following details: your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and our wedding date (7/25/26). A member of their team will follow up with a reservation link and next steps. Please note that all Guest Wing Suites (private bathroom) have now been fully reserved. A limited number of Guest Rooms with shared hallway bathrooms are still available. If you are interested in one of these rooms and have not yet reached out, please contact us directly. All rooms must be prepaid at the time of check-in.For any questions regarding on-site lodging amenities, you may contact the Connors Center directly at (617) 552-9210. What date should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted by June 13, 2026. Once formal invitations are sent, a digital RSVP page will be available on this website.With that said, early RSVP's (via phone or email) are always appreciated for planning purposes.

What is the wedding day itinerary?

What time should I arrive at the venue?

We ask that guests arrive to the venue at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to ensure the celebration stays on schedule. *For guest staying on site, we will be in touch closer to the wedding with information on check-in time.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes. Ample, free on-site parking is available at the venue.

Will you be providing transportation?

As we're fortunate to have ample on-site accommodations available, we will not be offering transportation to/from any off-site hotels.

I have mobility issues and am concerned about walking down the steps to the ceremony.

No problem! Please contact us, and we’ll provide directions for an alternate way to access the ceremony garden.

Are plus-ones and children allowed?

While we adore your little ones and significant others, we’re keeping our wedding celebration to the names on your save the date or invitation. Thank you for understanding—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What is the dress code?
