What time should we arrive?

We're planning on having a very casual reception and are encouraging everyone to go see the forest giants that Bernheim is so famous for! We know that some of our friends have nap schedules and long travel times to contend with, so the reception is going to be come and go as you need. Hike out to see the giants before the reception and then join us at noon, or go see them after the reception, whatever works best for your family!

When will the food be served?

A taco bar will be provided for guests and begins at 12:30! If you have dietary restrictions or preferences please let us know when you RSVP or contact us so we can have food available for you. Gluten free and vegetarian options will be provided.

Where do we go when we get there?

When you enter the gate you can inform the person stationed there that you are a part of the wedding and they can help direct you. The reception is going to be held in the Education Center Gallery, so you can follow signs to the parking lot directly below the building, Maps below.

Do we need to pay to get in?

Bernheim does request that patrons donate $15 per car to enter which is not required when you are a part of the wedding. Bernheim is a place very dear to our hearts, and we would greatly appreciate any amount that you do give to keep such a beautiful place running, but it is not necessary to enter and we are not informed of any extra donations made.
