I am coming from out of town. Where should I stay?
Check out our travel page for hotel recommendations.
Do I need to rent a car?
You can uber from SFO (around 35 miles). You are also welcome to rent a car so you can be more flexible in the area! If you would like to share a rental car with someone and want help coordinating, please text us and we're happy to help (408-624-6895).
Can I bring a date?
We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you are confused when you RSVP, please reach out.
Are kids welcome?
As much as we love your little ones, we have decided to have an adults-only weekend.
What should I do if I know I can't make it?
We'll miss you! If you know you can't make it ahead of the RSVP opening, please text us at 408-624-6895!
What will the weather be like?
Hopefully amazing! Sonoma in the fall is the best! Expect warm days with highs in the 80s and cooler nights with lows in the 50s.
What should I wear to the welcome party?
We want to see you look sharp! The dress code for our welcome party is Cocktail Attire.
Cocktail is semi-formal attire. For men, a button-down and dressy pants with a casual sport coat are recommended with loafers. Women can wear a semi-formal dress, like a maxi or midi, or a jumpsuit.
What should I wear to the wedding?
We strongly prefer our guests to dress in Black-Tie, though understand that for some this may be difficult. Black-Tie means that men wear tuxedos and women wear floor-length dresses.
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
The ceremony begins promptly at 5:30pm. If you're anything like Ryan, we recommend you arrive by 5pm to ensure you have time to settle in.
Is there transportation being provided between reception and hotels?
For those staying at one of the recommended hotels, we have bus transportation going to and from our reception venue, Viansa Winery.
Fairmont pickup: 4pm
El Pueblo pickup: 4:15pm
Sonoma Square pickup: 4:30pm
Sonoma Valley Inn pickup: 4:35pm
Lodge pickup: 4:30pm
Where should I park?
There is parking available at the venue. Our number one priority is having our guests avoid unsafe situations. If you are planning on drinking, we encourage you to use our provided transportation.
What should I do in the area if I have time?
Sonoma is one of the prettiest places to visit! Check out our Things To Do page for ideas.
Whom should I call with questions?
We're a text away! Feel free to reach out to Michelle at (408) 624-6895!
