The ceremony will start promptly at 3:00pm, so please arrange accordingly to arrive anytime after 2:00pm and before 2:45pm.

We kindly ask that you turn off your phones & cameras for an unplugged ceremony & enjoy this very special moment with us!

Cocktail Hour will start at 5:00pm at Cove Cabin located directly next to the reception tent. Guests will be invited to reception tent at 6:00pm.

While we would love to share our day with both you and your little ones, we have decided to keep our reception an Adult-Only event. We hope you understand and enjoy a night out!

The dress code is garden party formal. Still wondering what that means? We kindly ask men to wear a suit and women to wear either an evening gown, midi, or knee length cocktail dress with a summer-like twist (floral patterns, flowy dresses, colored suits or a fun tie). Having some fun with color and print is encouraged but not required. The reception is under a tent, guests must walk from a grassy parking area and down a stone driveway upon arrival, so plan your shoes accordingly.

The reception will be outdoors under a fully-floored hybrid tent with views of Mount Hope Bay!

Yes there is ample parking on-site! Given the expansive nature of the Mount Hope Farm property, parking attendants will be available to assist and guide guests to the designated parking area for the reception.

Would it truly be a Vasconcelos affair without an after party... Of course there is! Please join us in Newport after the reception.
