While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event with the exception of our niece and nephews. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!
WHERE IS THE ENTRANCE FOR THE VENUE LOCATED?
The entrance and parking for the venue is on S Waterloo Rd right across from the Mercedes-Benz entrance.
What Should I Wear?
Dress code is cocktail/semi-formal. Ladies can wear floor length gowns or cocktail dresses and gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or sports coat.
I HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS, CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE?
Yes. We have chosen a venue that takes special care to accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions. Be sure to indicate your food allergies or concerns on your RSVP.
WILL EVENT BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?
Weather permitting, ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. Reception will be indoors.
DO YOU HAVE A HOTEL BLOCK FOR GUESTS?
We have reserved a hotel block at the Hilton Garden Inn Newtown Square Radnor that will be booked on a first come, first serve basis. If the hotel block becomes booked, there are many other wonderful hotels in the area that are easily accessible to our venue!
WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED TO/FROM THE HOTEL AND VENUE?
Yes, we will be providing transportation from Hilton Garden Inn to Terrain before and after the event.
What are the run times for the shuttle bus?
The shuttle will begin running from the hotel to the venue starting at 4:30pm to around 5:15pm. Then again from the venue back to the hotel starting at 10:30pm until around 11:30pm.
CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
Your invitation will indicate who is invited and how many seats have been reserved for you. We have a strict guest list due to venue limits. If you have questions, please contact us.
