We were introduced by mutual friends in our dance community in 2021. Everyone saw the spark between us before we did, but it wasn’t long before we realized what they already knew—our connection was undeniable.

Our first date was on October 8th, 2021, at the Houston Butterfly Center, a place as magical as the beginning of our journey together. Just a few weeks later, we took our first trip over Thanksgiving weekend to The Adolphus in Dallas/Ft. Worth, where we shared an unforgettable experience at the Dallas Cowboys Thanksgiving game.

From that moment on, our love has been a beautiful dance, full of laughter, adventure, and endless rhythm.

In April 2023, we made one of our biggest dreams come true—we purchased our dream home in Temple, TX. Our farmhouse sits on more than 12 acres of peace and serenity, a perfect retreat where we can build our future together.

This past December, our story took its most exciting turn yet. While on a Princess cruise—fittingly known as "The Love Boat"—Shawn proposed during a quiet moment, as we took a break from dancing on our very first night. It was the easiest "Yes!" and the perfect beginning to our forever as husband and wife.

Now, we can't wait to celebrate our next chapter with all of you—our family, friends, and the people who have been part of our love story from the very start. Thank you for being here as we take this next step together!
